With a few exceptions, the cemetery administrations of most federal states seemingly little about it. In Cologne QR codes should be already prohibited a few times. Opponents argue, that contents of the linked pages are uncontrollable - in contrast to classical graves decorated with flowers and candles. But the liberalization in the cemeteries will be unstoppable. The advantages of the online cemetery are obvious. By this QR codes mourning and commemoration are digitally upgraded.

Vaccum blasting makes the job easier

To create a QR code there are several options. These can be hand-carved, routed or blasted. Effective and fast is only the patented vacuum blasting method of systeco. Thus, QR-codes, but also graphics and photos applied in the workshop or directly to the cemetery on the stone. Even the smallest details can be blasted in amazing depth.

First, the desired QR code must be generated on a PC, that way a sand blast foil is created. This is normally glued to the granite surface. Then the jet cap is placed on the surface to be machined and started the suction unit. The vacuum was achieved by the jet cap which adheres to the surface. The blast media is sucked through a spray lance onto the surface and hits there with about 400 km / h. The suction unit takes the blast media right back up. Abrasive and removal are separated by a cyclone principle. That way no dust develops during the blasting process, it is environmentally friendly and the blast media doesn´t have to be collected or swept. With the vacuum blast method it is worked in continuous circulation. The granules can be re-used up to 100 times.

All you need for blasting is a 230 V power connection. Zum Strahlen benötigen Sie nur einen 230 V. The job can be done by anybody. Special knowledge is not required. The closed cycle of the vacuum blast equipment, enables a dustfree work without protective clothes.
